A contemporary tropical residence developed through a material-led exploration of light, ventilation, and spatial openness. Drawing from locally available stone, lime plaster, tadelakt finishes, and breeze blocks, the design balances privacy with permeability while responding to the climate through shaded courtyards and naturally lit interiors.
